About the role
Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon and become the first point of contact for employees and managers across multiple countries. This role focuses on supporting French‑speaking HR operations, ensuring a smooth employee experience from onboarding to day‑to‑day HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the friendly initial contact for all HR‑related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Guide new joiners through the entire onboarding journey, from offer letter to first day and beyond.
- Maintain HR systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and high‑quality records.
- Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and routine HR tasks.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and documents that simplify employee interactions.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in HR, Management, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Fluent French, used exclusively for supporting HR operations in France.
- Strong, clear, and approachable communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a natural ability to bring structure to processes.
- Comfortable working with diverse cultures and adaptable to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with HR platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow (a plus).
