About the role
Implement AI is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to own the full revenue cycle for its AI Operating System. Based in Lisbon with frequent travel to the UK and UAE, you will drive both SaaS and consultative enterprise sales while building a repeatable, scalable sales engine.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own end‑to‑end sales processes for both the Command SaaS product and the Workforce consultative solution.
- Convert a pipeline of 6,500 leads, event prospects, and founder network contacts into qualified opportunities and closed deals across target markets.
- Personally close deals from day one, especially larger Workforce contracts.
- Implement sales tooling, CRM hygiene, reporting and forecasting to give founders clear revenue visibility.
- Develop a commission model that shifts from flat per‑sale to ARR‑based incentives.
- Create a commercial playbook covering messaging, pricing, objection handling and case studies.
- Establish a sales training programme to certify new hires on the AIOS product and chosen sales methodology.
Required profile
- Proven sales leadership experience in SaaS and enterprise‑focused solutions.
- Track record of building sales processes and scaling teams.
- Ability to act as a player‑coach – closing deals while mentoring future sellers.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
