Head of Product & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Product & Growth to lead product strategy and growth initiatives for a fast‑evolving B2B SaaS business entering a new development phase. Based in Portugal and operating in a remote‑first, entrepreneurial environment, you will own the product vision, guide engineering priorities, and build scalable processes that drive long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, prioritisation, and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, sales and marketing to improve the product and customer experience.
• Engage with customers, run demos, support onboarding and translate feedback into product improvements.
• Lead growth initiatives such as onboarding optimisation, activation, conversion and expansion opportunities.
• Implement operational processes that enhance efficiency, documentation and internal collaboration.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity across product planning, support, research and data analysis.
• Partner with leadership to shape pricing, revenue and growth strategies.

Required profile

• 4‑7+ years of experience in product management, growth, operations or founder/operator roles within B2B SaaS, software or e‑commerce environments.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy, roadmaps and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering and QA teams.
• Experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with a hands‑on execution mindset.
