Head of AI Strategy

About the role

Noxus is seeking a Head of AI Strategy to lead its strategic and technical advisory function within the enterprise sales motion. You will work closely with Account Executives, founders, product, and delivery teams to help senior customers uncover AI‑driven transformation opportunities, build compelling business cases, and chart a path from strategy to production.

Key responsibilities

• Define and scale the AI Strategy function, including team structure, methodologies, playbooks, and certification programmes.
• Partner with Account Executives on strategic enterprise opportunities, from qualification through business case development, solution design, and commercial close.
• Advise C‑level executives (COOs, CIOs, transformation leaders, AI leads, risk officers) on redesigning complex operations with AI.
• Lead executive workshops, process assessments, value discovery sessions, and future‑state operating model design.
• Translate operational challenges into prioritized use cases, transformation roadmaps, ROI models, and technically credible deployment plans.

Required profile

• Senior consulting or enterprise technology leader with deep experience in AI transformation and solutions strategy.
• Proven commercial judgement and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Track record of shaping complex sales cycles and delivering strategic recommendations.
