About the role

Join ME Lisbon, a contemporary luxury lifestyle hotel, as the Head Chef of Attiko, the signature Pan‑Asian restaurant. You will shape the culinary vision, delivering high‑end, innovative dishes that reflect authenticity and seasonality for a modern, style‑driven clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations within the high‑end Pan‑Asian concept.
• Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes.
• Design and evolve menus that balance authenticity, innovation, and seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain full compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.
• Manage food cost, stock control, and supplier partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and develop a multicultural, high‑performing kitchen team.
• Collaborate with hotel management to achieve operational and financial goals.

Required profile

• Culinary qualification (Chef Diploma or equivalent) with 5–8 years’ experience in luxury or upscale restaurants.
• Experience in Pan‑Asian or Asian cuisine is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Resilient, hands‑on attitude with a passion for excellence and guest experience.
