Growth Workflow Specialist – Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Workflow Specialist focused on organic growth to automate and scale our SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives. You will work closely with the organic growth strategy lead to turn strategic concepts into high‑velocity, automated workflows that power content creation, distribution, and visibility across AI‑driven answer engines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain an end‑to‑end organic growth automation pipeline, from keyword ingestion to CMS deployment.
• Translate SEO/AEO strategy into detailed workflow specifications for the engineering team.
• Monitor LLM visibility for priority topics and automate alerts when rankings shift.
• Generate structured content briefs by pulling competitive gaps, search signals, and AEO data.
• Quality‑check AI‑generated content for accuracy, brand alignment, and SEO/AEO best practices before publishing.
• Define knowledge‑base inputs and rule sets for growth automation agents.
• Extend automation frameworks to other growth levers such as CRO content, onboarding copy, and localized content workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience in SEO, with exposure to emerging AEO practices.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, data‑driven environments, preferably within fintech or crypto.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with strategy, engineering, and content teams.
