Growth & Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth & Account Manager to drive new client acquisition and manage relationships for our performance‑marketing agency. You will work closely with advertisers, agencies and direct brands to deliver cost‑per‑lead (CPL) campaigns across European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new clients with lead‑generation needs.
• Build and own your own prospecting systems and sales pipelines from scratch.
• Negotiate and close CPL campaign deals in the auto‑loan, health‑insurance, life‑insurance and solar‑energy verticals.
• Collaborate with the media‑buying team to optimise lead performance and scale revenue.
• Represent the company at conferences, industry events and networking opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, lead generation or affiliate marketing.
• Highly autonomous, proactive and comfortable setting your own priorities.
• Hunter mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with insurance, solar or loan sectors is advantageous.

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
