About the role
We are looking for a Growth Account Executive to drive customer acquisition and adoption for the Portuguese market. You will combine industry knowledge with deep product expertise to match businesses with the best Revolut solutions and help them grow.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct analytical assessments of assigned accounts to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Build rapport with customers through discovery calls, check‑ins and follow‑ups.
- Explain how Revolut Business features compare with competitors and communicate the value proposition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in line with team KPIs.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- 2+ years of sales or commercial experience, preferably B2B.
- Proven track record in telesales or account management with consistent target achievement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
