Global Solution Architect – SuccessFactors

About the role

We are looking for a Global Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture and integration strategy for our SAP SuccessFactors suite across all business units. The role will shape the future‑state HR technology landscape, ensure compliance with global standards, and drive innovation through emerging SAP technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end technical architecture and integration strategy for the SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central, PMGM, Succession & Development, Onboarding, LMS, Recruiting, Compensation).
• Analyse the current HR technology landscape (AS‑IS) and design a future‑state (TO‑BE) aligned with global HR and IT strategies.
• Lead design and implementation of integrations between SuccessFactors and enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, payroll platforms, and identity management solutions.
• Drive consolidation of regional SuccessFactors platforms into a unified global environment while ensuring compliance with J‑SOX, GDPR, and internal security policies.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor delivery progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate technical risks.
• Communicate architectural decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders and contribute to the global IT architecture board.
• Monitor SAP roadmaps, assess emerging technologies and translate them into functional benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including work across multiple modules.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale integration projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, business process modelling and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to work in complex, global environments.
• Business‑level fluency in English.
