German-speaking Recruiter (BPO) – Lisbon or Porto

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Recruiter to join our Outsourcing/BPO partner in Portugal. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and onboarding talent for a variety of client projects, ensuring a strong match between candidate skills and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and onboard skilled candidates aligned with client objectives.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the BPO sector.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from posting to hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through networking, job fairs and online platforms.
• Utilise advanced recruitment technologies and tools to improve candidate experience.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent German with strong English communication skills.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in outsourcing or BPO.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers.
• Analytical mindset for tracking and optimising recruitment metrics.
• Highly motivated and proactive approach.
