German Scheduling Specialist

About the role

As a TSOS Scheduling Specialist, you will support the German-speaking stakeholders' Service Provider network, making sure their service coordination runs at optimal levels. You will be a self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills, attentive to stakeholder requests and able to prioritise client-driven tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and balance clients' call activity and the workload of external Service Providers using internal stakeholder databases.
• Identify barriers limiting the capacity of external providers and work with field management to fix service issues, improving workload efficiency and call queue management.
• Negotiate the best possible arrival times for Service Providers to complete product upkeep.
• Maintain strong working relationships with external Service Providers and Field Managers to meet and exceed field metrics.
• Implement and meet cost targets by negotiating with stakeholders and ensuring strict compliance with other KPIs.

Required profile

• High school degree or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• German at C2 (native-level fluency) and English at B2 (independent user).
• Multi-tasking ability and the capacity to analyse several profiles at once to solve issues.
• Accountability for personal errors and correction.
• Specialized customer service skills, with strong influence on customer opinion and direction.

Required skills

• Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite, especially tools for issue documentation and frequent updates of drafted content.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
