Nordics Customer Advisor - Lisbon

About the role

A leading international company in Lisbon is looking for a Customer Advisor to join its team supporting globally recognized brands. As the first point of contact for customers, you will deliver exceptional support and create positive experiences every day.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls and inquiries
• Provide professional, friendly and solution-oriented support
• Resolve customer issues efficiently with empathy and care
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues using available tools, training and resources
• Guide customers toward the best solutions and recommendations based on their needs

Required profile

• Citizen of the EU or holder of a Portuguese work permit
• Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish (C1/C2 level or native)
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Living in the Lisbon area
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Previous experience or contact with clients is an advantage

Required skills

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• Good time management, team spirit and flexibility
