General Manager – Hotel

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a General Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operation of a new Radisson RED hotel in Porto, scheduled to open in 2027. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on management to create memorable guest experiences and drive profitable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑opening phase and ensure a successful hotel launch.
• Own the hotel’s P&L and oversee daily operations.
• Plan, supervise, and develop a diverse workforce to ensure smooth, profitable business running.
• Maintain brand standards, exceed guest expectations, and represent the Radisson brand.
• Communicate and execute company strategies, acting as a bridge between the central team and owners.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and uphold brand reputation.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements, and budget management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel management or a related hospitality field.
