FullStack Software Engineer (Go + React)

About the role

We are looking for a FullStack Software Engineer to join Brilean’s lean, cross‑functional team. You will work on innovative digital products, contributing end‑to‑end on both backend and frontend while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product experts and engineers to analyse requirements and propose end‑to‑end technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Go (and Java) on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Design, build and evolve REST/JSON APIs, ensuring proper versioning and contracts.
• Write performant, reusable frontend components and optimise SQL queries and data models.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and enterprise systems following best practices.
• Use AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Create and maintain unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests.
• Conduct code reviews, drive refactoring and performance optimisation across the stack.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support deployments across multiple environments.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Solid full‑stack background with strong backend skills (Go is a plus) and frontend experience with React.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted development tools as a standard part of the daily workflow.
