Fullstack .NET/Angular Engineer (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Fullstack .NET/Angular engineer to join KCS IT in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, combining office collaboration with remote work, and involves building modern web applications for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack solutions using .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, Entity Framework and ASP.NET Web API.
• Implement responsive front‑end features with Angular 12+, TypeScript, RxJS and NgRx.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints and WebSocket communications.
• Work with micro‑services architecture on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Manage data in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis databases.
• Integrate message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Write unit and integration tests using xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Jasmine or Karma.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, containerisation with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with teams using Git, Agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, Entity Framework and ASP.NET Web API.
• Proficiency with Angular (v12 or higher), TypeScript, RxJS and state‑management (NgRx or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with REST, GraphQL and WebSockets.
• Knowledge of micro‑services and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with message‑broker technologies.
• Experience with automated testing and DevOps tooling.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting and within Agile teams.
