FullStack Java & React Developer (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Java & React Developer who is fluent in French and English to join Aubay Portugal’s technology team. You will work on critical systems for large organisations in banking, insurance, telecom and energy, delivering high‑quality software that serves millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and integrate proprietary applications using Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript frameworks (Backbone, Rivets, React.js).
• Ensure code security, readability and maintainability through best practices.
• Implement robust quality assurance processes, including unit and integration tests, code reviews and non‑regression testing.
• Analyse functional business requirements and contribute to application design and documentation.
• Prepare releases and actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and modern JavaScript (React.js).
• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment concepts is a plus.
