Fullstack Developer (AWS Serverless & Python)

About the role

GRiT® is seeking a motivated Fullstack Developer to join an international product team building an AWS‑based platform for storing and distributing encoded video and metadata for global clients, including major airlines. The role focuses on serverless backend development with Python while allowing end‑to‑end ownership of features across the stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain serverless backend services using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3 and EventBridge.
• Build and document RESTful APIs and integrate GraphQL via AWS AppSync where needed.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver features using React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement infrastructure as code using AWS CDK and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub.
• Participate in AI‑assisted development workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in Python (3.11+) and AWS serverless services.
• Proficiency in building REST APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of event‑driven architectures and CI/CD concepts.
• English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
