Full-time Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Client Advisor with Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will join a diverse team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects the Armani brand. Working on the sales floor, you will build relationships, drive store revenue, and help shape the overall brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and client‑relationship strategies to enhance sales.
• Act as a knowledgeable client advisor, sharing product information and providing top‑level service.
• Develop and maintain a personal client base to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Integrity, team‑oriented mindset and results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with technical resources for client outreach such as CRM systems.
• Experience using platforms like WeChat for customer engagement (preferred).
