Full Stack Engineer - Robot Operator UI

About the role

Antoniq Robotics is building a multimodal control surface for field robots that operate in real agricultural environments. As a Full Stack Engineer you will create the operator UI that combines live video, voice, and text, and you will ensure it runs reliably on both cloud and on‑site hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the end‑to‑end operator control interface, covering frontend, backend, and the local on‑site server.
• Integrate the web stack with a live robot, handling real‑time data streams.
• Own the infrastructure that keeps the system running in field conditions.
• Develop features from prototype to production, iterating based on operator feedback.
• Collaborate with designers and field operators to shape the user experience and prototype new multimodal flows.
• Instrument, log, and evaluate shipped functionality to ensure reliability before deployment.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering fundamentals with a focus on polished, responsive interfaces and reliable backends.
• Product sensibility for high‑pressure operator environments.
• Experience shipping products that real users depend on.
• Comfort with real‑time, networked systems.
• Curiosity about physical AI, multimodal interfaces, LLM‑driven and voice‑driven products.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑iteration settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in building software that drives real hardware in field conditions.
