Frontend Platform Developer

About the role

Excelia is seeking an experienced Frontend Platform Developer to join its multinational consulting and technology team. You will work remotely with occasional on‑site integration sessions, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers and product owners to deliver modern, high‑performance web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive, accessible user interfaces integrated with APIs and backend services.
• Build and maintain reusable frontend foundations, including shared libraries, patterns, and components, to support multiple applications and teams.
• Rebuild or refactor legacy frontends using modern frameworks, ensuring long‑term maintainability.
• Define and enforce frontend standards, coding guidelines, testing approaches, and documentation.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with backend developers, QA, DevOps, product owners, and business analysts to deliver stable, user‑centered solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of web frontend development experience, preferably in enterprise‑scale environments.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience.
