About the role

We are looking for a passionate Front Office Agent to join our team at Pestana Vila Sol. In this position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Answer guest questions, respond to requests, and provide accurate information.
• Handle incoming phone calls and forward them appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and hotel policies.
• Keep the front desk area tidy and organized.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar front‑office or reception role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Team‑player with flexibility regarding work schedules.
• Ability to respond appropriately to diverse customers and guests.

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication in French.
