French‑Speaking Social Media Content Moderator

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Content Moderator to join our social‑media team in Porto. You will help ensure that user‑generated content complies with client guidelines and contributes to a safe, high‑quality experience for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Review, audit and moderate social‑media content, including copyright‑related material.
• Monitor user behavior and enforce platform rules across social‑media channels.
• Analyze moderation reports following established protocols and maintain high accuracy.
• Serve as the central point of contact for moderation decisions, applying nuanced, context‑dependent policies.
• Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business‑critical issues.
• Identify and propose initiatives to improve service quality and user experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in content moderation or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, repetitive environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
