About the role
We are seeking a French‑speaking IT Support professional to join our growing team in Porto. The role involves handling Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and providing reliable assistance to end‑users in a Windows environment.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 IT incidents.
- Provide timely support to users via phone, email or ticketing system.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalated issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support (L1/L2).
- Fluent French (B2) and English (B2) communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model based in Porto.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with incident management and ticketing tools.
