About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking customer support professionals to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves assisting French‑language customers across phone, email and live‑chat channels, providing a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support in French via telephone, email and live chat.
• Handle enquiries, complaints and requests efficiently, aiming to resolve issues at first contact.
• Log all interactions, case details and resolutions in the company’s CRM and ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team leaders and peers to escalate complex cases and share knowledge.
• Meet and exceed performance targets such as response time, satisfaction scores and quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies and service updates.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings and performance reviews.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM and ticketing systems.
