About the role
We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Support Agents to assist users of an international travel platform from our central office in Sete Rios, Lisbon. The role involves handling customer inquiries in French while working within a vibrant, multicultural team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support for French‑speaking users of the travel platform.
- Handle inquiries during rotating shifts covering Monday‑Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00.
Required profile
- Native‑level fluency in French and strong communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer support, contact centres, or hospitality/travel services.
- Legal eligibility to work in Portugal and current residence in the country.
- Problem‑solving mindset and flexibility to work rotating shifts.
What we offer
- Base salary of €1,100 gross per month.
- Language allowance of €150 gross per month.
- Performance and attendance bonus up to €100 gross per month.
- Meal allowance of €7 per worked day.
