French‑Speaking Customer Advisor – Lisbon (On‑site)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Lisbon team as a French‑speaking Customer Advisor for a leading global payment solutions provider. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking users of an online finance platform, helping them navigate payments and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and online chat, providing clear guidance on using the payment system.
• Assist users with account setup, payment status checks, and technical problem resolution.
• Monitor account activity to detect and prevent fraud, ensuring transaction safety.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and managers, using English for project updates and meetings.
• Record customer feedback accurately to support continuous improvement of the application.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French; intermediate English (B2) for work communication.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn and help others.
• Comfortable using multiple software applications and working with several computer screens simultaneously.
• Available to work on‑site in Lisbon on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (ability to operate various software tools).

• Fixed gross salary of €930 per month, paid 14 times a year.
