About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international travel platform team in Lisbon. The role is based on‑site at our Sete Rios office and involves handling customer inquiries in French while communicating in English as needed.
Required profile
- Native‑level fluency in French (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, contact centres, or hospitality/travel services.
- Legal eligibility to work in Portugal and current residence in the country.
- Problem‑solving mindset and flexibility to work rotating shifts.
What we offer
- Base salary of €1,100 gross per month.
- Language allowance of €150 gross per month.
- Performance and attendance bonus up to €100 gross per month.
- Meal allowance of €7 per worked day.
