French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will handle customer inquiries through chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance via chat and email in both French and English.
• Answer questions about orders, resolve issues, and address general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document each interaction and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
