French Customer Advisor

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Advisors to join our growing support team. You will assist international clients across chat, email and phone, helping them navigate our digital platforms and resolve service‑related questions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely customer support via chat, email and phone in French.
• Assist users with platform navigation, account queries and general service inquiries.
• Deliver pre‑ and post‑service assistance for digital products and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Communicate solutions and updates clearly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and service efficiency.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) with a good command of English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and basic technical platforms.
• Ability to multitask in a structured, fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented and team‑focused mindset.
• Previous experience in customer support or digital environments is a plus, but not required.
