Founder Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Founder Associate to work directly with the founder of Noxus, an AI‑driven process intelligence startup based in Lisbon. This generalist position offers exposure to high‑impact projects across partnerships, certifications, deployment operations, marketing, finance and go‑to‑market strategy, ideal for an ambitious early‑career professional who wants to learn how a high‑growth AI company is built from the inside.

Key responsibilities

• Help design and launch the Noxus Partnerships Program, including partner tiers, onboarding, enablement and co‑selling motions.
• Build the Noxus Certifications Program for partners, deployment teams and ecosystem participants.
• Create customer kick‑off materials, implementation templates, project plans and repeatable delivery processes with the deployment team.
• Support marketing initiatives through research, positioning, campaign planning and event preparation.
• Assist finance and GTM teams on strategic initiatives, certifications and operational projects.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, assets, processes and execution deliverables.
