Food & Beverages Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Legends Global is seeking a Food & Beverages Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory, receiving, storage and distribution of food and beverage products for live events. The role ensures accuracy, safety compliance and cost control while supporting operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes and schedule adherence.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates.
• Supervise receiving of deliveries, verifying quantities, quality and purchase order compliance.
• Ensure proper storage, including temperature control for perishable items and FIFO implementation.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, shrinkage and damages, applying corrective actions.
• Collaborate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock.
• Control alcoholic beverage inventory with strict accountability and documentation of dispatches.
• Lead, train and schedule warehouse staff, monitoring productivity and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality management experience or equivalent education.
• Food Handling and Alcohol Awareness certifications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with F&B software, preferably Micros.
• Food Handling certification.
