Financial Controlling Expert

About the role

The Financial Controlling Expert will lead the financial control process for Global Intermediate Products, Global Platform Operations, and related scopes within AXA Group Operations. Reporting to GSO management, you will provide a clear view of financial performance, support strategic decisions, and ensure compliance with AXA Group financial standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Plan‑Budget‑Results cycle for the assigned business units.
• Produce, analyse and publish consistent financial figures to support executive decision‑making.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while optimizing the value of GSO activities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams across AXA Group Operations legal entities on transformation projects with complex funding structures.
• Ensure all financial reporting adheres to AXA Group standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in financial controlling, budgeting and results analysis.
• Experience working in a multinational insurance or financial services environment.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of supporting strategic business decisions.
