Financial Analyst

About the role

Randstad Digital is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its digital transformation projects. The role involves handling financial products, derivatives, and reconciliation processes while ensuring accurate reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clearing‑house and back‑office reconciliations (margins, payments, positions).
• Ensure client reports and invoices are accurate and reliable.
• Act as the first point of contact for counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) throughout the delivery process.
• Interact with internal and external entities to resolve unidentified entries.
• Monitor various delivery products and support clients through the entire delivery lifecycle.
• Guarantee correct execution of delivery payments and maintain accountancy balances (CCP vs client cash flows).
• Identify, assess, monitor and control activity‑related risks.
• Execute necessary close‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Python programming.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
