Financial Analyst

About the role

Bloq.it is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its fast‑growing finance team. You will use analytical expertise and digital tools to streamline financial processes, support decision‑making and help the company scale its smart locker solution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of revenue streams (sales, deployments, maintenance) and model different scenarios.
• Organise and structure financial data for reporting and collaborate with stakeholders on salaries, expenses and general accounting.
• Automate and simplify billing flows in partnership with logistics, sales and external partners.
• Develop real‑time financial dashboards within the ERP system.
• Own ERP‑related processes and propose improvements for efficiency.
• Analyse costs, identify optimisation opportunities and work with controlling.
• Perform cash‑flow analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Participate in treasury activities such as payments, confirming, factoring and bank relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, preferably with treasury or banking exposure.
• Strong analytical abilities for revenue and cost scenario modelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables.
• Comfort with digital tools and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills in English and Portuguese.
