Finance Data Analyst – Reporting & Master Data Management

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Data Analyst to lead reporting and master‑data management initiatives for our Programme and Corporate Security functions. The role combines financial analysis, data transformation, and automation to ensure accurate, timely reporting across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digitalisation of reporting data and team activities, applying Python, SQL and AppScript.
• Utilise Gemini/AI and Skywise to automate data‑processing tasks.
• Maintain and update master data sets, including cost elements, programme structures, CPNs, and cost‑center hierarchies.
• Manage access rights to financial tools such as ICPT and ClicknBuy.
• Produce monthly programme and function reports (P&L, detailed cost base) and deliver operational reporting for Airbus Commercial (AI) and divisional consolidations.
• Act as the focal point for reporting‑tool improvements, including SAP Analytics Cloud implementation.
• Define the annual reporting calendar and coordinate delivery across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with master‑data management and financial systems.
• Ability to work closely with function and programme controllers.
• Proactive attitude towards process improvement and automation.
