Finance Analyst

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is looking for an enthusiastic Finance Analyst to join its Lisbon team. The role focuses on day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial analysis, and reporting under US GAAP and IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting tasks in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, both management and statutory.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with multinational teams and ensure accurate data flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or Finance.
• Certified accountant under the Ordem Contabilistas Certificados.
• Proactive, motivated and eager to develop a career in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Google Sheets proficiency.
• SAP experience.
