Extracurricular Talent Acquisition & Sourcer Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Talent Acquisition team in Braga as an extracurricular intern focused on sourcing and recruitment. You will support the full hiring cycle and help promote Bosch as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies together with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: create job descriptions, define requirements, and assess candidates through interviews.
• Conduct active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter to attract top talent for strategic positions.
• Represent Bosch at job fairs, conferences, tech talks and other employer‑branding events.
• Build trusting relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and suggest suitable candidates.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Collaborative team player comfortable in a multinational, cross‑functional environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (active sourcing tool).
