Executive Business Partner

About the role

Donorbox is seeking an Executive Business Partner to work directly with the SVP of Growth & Global Operations. This role blends executive partnership, business operations, and cross‑functional project leadership to accelerate the company’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational partner to the SVP, preparing meeting briefs, agendas, summaries, and tracking action items.
• Monitor the SVP’s priorities and key initiatives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Attend and document key meetings, capture decisions, and drive follow‑through across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
• Maintain visibility into company‑wide projects, timelines, owners, and deliverables.
• Improve internal processes through documentation, simplification, and automation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring effective communication and accountability.

Required profile

• Highly organized, analytical, and proactive operator.
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and solving complex problems.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and drive accountability across teams.
• Strong communication skills and a data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
