Executive Assistant & Operational Partner to Founders

About the role

We are seeking an elite Executive Assistant who will act as an operational partner to our two founders, supporting the rapid expansion of the leading real‑estate podcast network. This remote role requires a high‑performing individual who can turn fast‑moving executive vision into structured reality.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of ad‑hoc projects and daily high‑priority tasks for the two founders.
• Manage monthly finances, track P&L statements and process payroll and payments.
• Draft job advertisements, screen candidates and conduct initial interview rounds.
• Maintain executive calendars, track deliverables and optimise workflow processes.

Required profile

• Available to work synchronously with European time zones.
• Fluent written and spoken English with polished communication skills.
• Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
