Event Invitation Coordinator Specialist

About the role

You will join Airbus Portugal's Exhibitions, Events & Protocol (GV) team to ensure seamless invitation and registration processes for high‑profile events, exhibitions and conferences. The role supports the delivery of memorable customer experiences that strengthen the Airbus brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full invitation lifecycle for selected events, including list collection, duplicate checks, and creation of invitations.
• Send save‑the‑dates, invitations, reminders and track participant responses.
• Collect logistics data, follow up on missing information and provide regular reports to the Project Manager or Business Focal Point.
• Maintain the final participant list and act as the primary contact for related queries.
• Support the Business Owner of the Event Management Tool by handling user queries, managing access rights, and preparing guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience with IT tools such as CRM and database management.
• Familiarity with event management platforms is a plus.
• Structured, solution‑oriented working style with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to work in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
