Entry-Level Tax Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s Tax & Legal Services team as an entry‑level associate, supporting clients in managing the tax implications of their business decisions. You will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver tailored tax solutions and help clients optimise their financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tax analyses and compliance documentation for corporate and individual clients.
• Support the development of tax planning strategies that mitigate risks and enhance value.
• Collaborate with senior staff to research tax regulations and interpret their impact on client activities.
• Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Contribute to client meetings and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Taxation, Law or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of tax concepts and regulations.
• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Ability to learn quickly, resilience, responsibility, and an open, global mindset.
