About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Telesales Agent to connect with potential clients, support them through the sign‑up process, and help them get started with Reddit. The role involves outbound calling, guiding prospects, and presenting Reddit’s solutions to businesses. This full‑time position is based in Lisbon and operates on rotating shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, initiating contact and building interest.
- Guide prospects through the sign‑up process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Identify client needs and business potential, uncovering opportunities for Reddit’s services.
- Present Reddit solutions and handle questions or objections, effectively communicating value.
Required profile
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.
- EU passport holder or legally authorized to work in Portugal.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
