English Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven English‑speaking Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation and converting prospects into qualified opportunities. Candidates must already reside in Lisbon and possess strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Contact leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Conduct lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or services.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and other channels.
• Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Handle customer questions while maintaining a sales focus.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects.
• Meet individual and team sales, conversion and productivity targets.
• Accurately update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Follow established sales processes, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the wider sales and customer support team.

Required profile

• Confident and persuasive on the phone.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Target‑oriented and motivated by achieving sales results.
• Proactive and comfortable approaching potential customers.
• Strong communicator with excellent spoken English (C1 level).
• Customer‑focused while maintaining a clear commercial mindset.
• Resilient, able to handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow‑ups.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Available to start on 28 September 2026 and have the legal right to work in Portugal.
