About the role

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will act as the main liaison between our customers and internal departments, driving continuous improvement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer complaints, including structured 8D reports.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and track their effectiveness.
• Interface directly with customers and internal teams such as Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality.
• Analyze quality data, monitor KPIs, PPM, and customer scorecards.
• Participate in internal and external audits (IATF 16949, customer audits).
• Ensure compliance with customer‑specific requirements and automotive standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in customer quality within an industrial environment.
• Experience with internal and external audits (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and assertively with teams and managers.
