Employee Relations Partner

About the role

Inetum is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join its HR team in Lisbon. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, handling complex employee‑relations cases and supporting business leaders in a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to managers on performance management, restructuring, well‑being and conflict resolution.
• Lead or support sensitive employee‑relations cases in close collaboration with Legal and HR colleagues.
• Assess risks and advise decision‑making in line with legal frameworks and company values.
• Identify trends, proactively recommend risk‑mitigation actions and best‑practice solutions.
• Contribute to cross‑functional discussions to ensure consistent HR policies and practices.
• Develop managers’ people‑management capabilities at scale.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labour law; multi‑country experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders in complex, high‑impact environments.
• Experience with performance management, restructuring or organisational change preferred.
• Fluent English and high level of autonomy, judgment and discretion.
• Excellent communication, influence and negotiation skills.
