EMEA Sales Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

Join GuestCentric’s expanding sales team as an EMEA Sales Executive. You will focus on generating new business across the EMEA region, selling our eCommerce platform to independent hotels and small chains, and building a robust sales pipeline. The role offers a competitive salary plus uncapped commissions and the chance to become an expert in hospitality e‑commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire full knowledge of GuestCentric products and best sales practices.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities from hotel databases.
• Contact hotels via inbound calls, web leads, and outbound outreach, tailoring conversations to client needs.
• Meet monthly metrics across the sales cycle to achieve contract closures.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn hospitality technology.
• High energy, quick learner, disciplined, and goal‑oriented.
