EMEA Benefits Analyst

About the role

Marsh is looking for an EMEA Benefits Analyst to join its Global Benefits & Mobility team. The role is based in Lisbon (or Porto/Warsaw) and works in a hybrid model, requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of EMEA benefits projects in partnership with the Regional Benefits Manager.
• Analyze benefits data to support mergers, acquisitions and regional initiatives.
• Maintain benefits trackers, project plans and documentation across multiple countries.
• Partner with local HR, vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Experience in benefits, rewards or HR analytics, preferably in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with employee benefits platforms or benefits administration systems.
