Electrical Maintenance Agent (M/F)

About the role

Hutchinson is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Agent to join its mobility‑focused team. The role involves ensuring the reliability of electrical systems across automotive, aerospace, defence and industrial projects, contributing to low‑carbon, safe mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot electrical equipment and machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the electrical components of industrial equipment.
• Carry out electrical tests and verify installation techniques.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to plan and execute corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum education equivalent to 12th year.
• Training in electromechanics or electricity.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electricity and safety, hygiene and health standards.
• Problem‑solving attitude, proactive and responsible.

Required skills

• Industrial electricity.
• Operation of electrical equipment and installations.
• Installation techniques and electrical testing.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance methods.
• Basic PLC programming (preferred).
• Computer office applications.
