About the role
The Early Morning Stock Associate works the opening shift in our stores, ensuring that merchandise is received, organized, and displayed for customers. This role supports a positive shopping experience by keeping aisles stocked and the store ready for the day’s traffic.
Key responsibilities
- Unload deliveries and verify merchandise against invoices.
- Sort and stock items on the sales floor according to planograms.
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and back‑of‑house areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and replenish low‑stock items throughout the shift.
- Provide friendly greetings and assistance to customers as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work early morning hours and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory checks.
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to follow store procedures.
