E-commerce Platform & CRO Lead

The E-commerce Platform & CRO Lead will shape Enovis' online presence, driving the strategy and execution of e‑commerce marketing programs to enhance brand presentation and consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the development of e‑commerce marketing programs and overall website strategy to maximize brand presentation and support integrated internet marketing.
• Manage research, analysis, and monitoring of financial, technological, and demographic factors, designing marketing plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Represent consumer, marketing, and merchandising perspectives to identify new business/content opportunities and assess program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with development teams for implementation and testing of new website functions and features.
• Optimize online and digital marketing tools, including website interface, SEO (paid and organic), affiliate marketing, email marketing, online shopping channels, blogs, and vlogs.
• Form online content partnerships, measure web usage trends, and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee advertising programs both online and offline as needed.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function, establishing objectives, work plans, and delegating assignments.
